About the Press

As part of the TU Delft new strategy framework Open Textbook publishing will play a vital role in executing it's open education policy. TU Delft Strategic Framework 2018-2024
An Open Textbook is a dynamic educational publication that can easily be shared, extended and kept up-to-date by the authors.
Producing Open Textbook allows the TU Delft to showcase the range of expertise that is available at the university.
More importantly, it helps teaching staff to further establish themselves as experts in their field and to be more effective teachers.
Textbooks on this platform are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY).
The textbooks produced by TU Delft teachers and used in bachelor and master courses are freely accessible. There is also a print-on-demand service available.
